Makes so much sense! I’m slightly hyperthyroid and I discovered I’m vitamin A deficient due to a beta-carotene gene mutation which only allows me to absorb 30% vitamin A- I now have to eat liver to bring my vitamin A levels up because I can only absorb the active rentinol animal form of vitamin A

I have had a journey with my Thyroid Disease – (it is a dramatic story we won't go into here – but due to the "opportunities for improvement" in such vast measures and in the varied life important subjects), I could literally incur an emotional meltdown – because This man's knowledge could have made such a vast difference in the past 12 years – and this doesn't includes the years (1996 – diagnosis of Graves and RAI treatment – 2005)
However – I am applying Conscious Thought Efforts to maintain my Desired Thought Reality and this includes the abundant research I've done on subjects that are important to me – and were before 1996 – giving me a greater perspective on the Life Journey, my unique experiences, studies of Physics and the concepts of soul energy – our individual power in our Thoughts – and having been raised Christain – am Catholic – and my research of the Original History of the Christian Faith and Religion –
This said to make 2 points of relative info:
1) much of what Jesus was teaching and that which I suspect he was removed for – has now been validated by Physics – is found in understanding the "power of thoughts – faith/beliefs" – we have the option to correct and learn the facts about – giving each of us the potential to literally achieve a greater balance of health – of any subject we desire – when we actually understand the subject and how/what to do to achieve our greater version of self and desired state of reality – obviously now this is referenced as "the Law of Attraction" – but there's much more to it than daily affirmations.

2) My finding this man and subject today is truly in line with my thoughts, prayers, and desires to achieve a balance of health – giving me the opportunity to use my skills again Professionally and/or my talents that I set aside to achieve the professional career as I thought was necessary to achieve the income to take care of my responsibilities.
It is a manifestation of my desires – thus a gain – as opposed to a looking over my shoulder being angry or hurt – I.e. we have a choice in what we do with our thoughts.
I choose to think of the value in what I've learned and the greater confidence in what I believe –
I recommend the following, for anyone whom is interested in gaining the understanding of the "LOA" and the actual details on how we prepare ourselves to be ready to effectively choose our thoughts and achieve our desired outcomes – this is how we prepare Consciously, to affect our Subconscious – both – how our Subconscious comes to be what it thinks, *how we are unconsciously receiving information that goes directly to the subconscious – from "ourselves, others, *and from the powers that be – whom use MS News Media, Advertising, and even Social Medias, to get the reactions they desire from the individual (us) and the public (all of us).

"How to change the Subconscious" – a series by Bob Proctor – very well done.
and lastly- you must watch: Gregg Braden – on the "Magnetic Energy of the Heart"
Must recognize the value of: "Think with the Heart, and Feel with the Mind"

I had really bad menstrual cramps. I tried taking preformed Vitamin A ( the type found in animal products ) for my acne, and it helped my cramps, too! They aren't 100% gone, but it's like a 90% improvement.

Red palm oil contains high amounts of Beta-Carotene – approximately 15 times as much as carrots.

11 cis form of ol and al which are shown to be inter convertible. If it is like so then where the problem of deficiency development lies ? Try to clear this point please.

Maybe 7,000 iu retinol form
Am I going to overdose ??????
