The use of cumin goes back over 2 thousands of years for healing. Cumin is great as an aid for digestion, heartburn, and gas. Cumin helps with diabetes too by reducing the amount of glucose pass on in the urine. It also helps balance blood sugar and prevents hypoglycemia. Cumin helps with insomnia because it contains relaxing and anti-anxiety agents which help a person to relax and rest. Cumin boosts up our immune system with Vitamins A and C and also helps to repair DNA damage and thus prevent disease. Cumin helps to prevent cancer by getting rid of cancer causing enzymes and also helps with anemia. Every 100 grams of cumin contains 66 grams of iron which is amazing – great for anemia. And more hemoglobin means better cognitive function. The oil is a good disinfectant and a great expectorant for getting rid of mucus. Cumin helps in the healing of boils, helps mothers produce more milk, helps with hemorrhoids, and heals insect bites.

It has become easy to depend on some type of medicine to cure our illnesses. And because of this We have lost touch with the fact that, we can heal ourselves. Now, this meditation will help you remember this fact. It will show you how powerful your body and mind truly are at healing. By using this meditation, you will gain the ability to focus your intentions on healing. You will focus your powerful subconscious on healing yourself. Do not worry if you fall asleep during the meditation, Your subconscious mind is most comfortable and open to suggestion when you are unconscious in a sleeping state. You may be asleep, but your subconscious mind is busy at work. Following this meditation every night will make the body and mind a powerful force of healing.
These last few minutes before you sleep, the time where you are in between being awake and asleep, it is the most important time for you to focus on the healing of the body. Your subconscious mind will take this information and use it for the next 8 hours of sleep.
