The Harmful Effects of Vitamin A Overdosing.
vitamins November 25th. 2018, 12:22amFrom the tv show, Catalyst, showing the link between large doses of vitamin A and osteoporosis. One point not covered in the video I had to look up is this: 1x1000mg fish oil tablet contains 300mcg of vitamin A. Other good sources of Omega 3 fatty acids without the high levels of vitamin A include kiwi fruit, and both flax and chia seeds.

Vitamin A in plants it's called beta carotene. In animal foods it's called retinol.
Indeed vitamin A is essential as the body can not make it itself but it does not mean we should take tons of it. As it's fat soluble it's easy to store excess of it.
Supplements of different vitamins and minerals should be taken only when food is not available.

Vitamin A and vitamin K2 are antagonistic toward each other. Take vitamin A in the morning and K2 at night. K2 will reverse osteoporosis in high doses.

Too much vitamin a can be very damaging. I took the acne drug Accutane, which is pretty much the same thing, and 12 years later my body is a mess.

I took Vitamin A to repair issues that I had with my eyes. Unfortunately, it made me dizzy and lightheaded. Ultimately, I was suffering from vitamin a toxity.

he is in a Northern Climate with low sunlight. vitamin is best absorbed through sunlight and not through the forfication of dairy products, according to ACE, the American Council for Exercise. also, Harvard researcher have evidence the a super high protein diet can strip the bone of calcium. if any nation has a high absorpion of vitamin A, it would be Okinawa with their high intake of green vegetables.

Vitamin A from natural sources is better than from synthetic. This video states the cause – 3:16 'Sweden is the 'only' European nation that 'fortifies low fat' dairy products with Vitamin A' (synthetic). As others state in the comments and is summarized here: Vitamin A reduces Vitamin D which comes from sunlight that is lacking in northern winters. Vit D is the key for absorbing calcium. All a person needs to do is take enough vit D along with vitamin A. It is the low blood levels of vit D which cause osteoporosis in the long term. Low fat, that is a problem. Vitamin A needs fat to be absorbed. The studies said the problem was mostly with enzymes in milk that are deactivated with most fermented cheese, so in that sense cheese is okay. Balance your vitamins also if taking birth control pills. There are two types of natural Vitamin A – but the body doesn’t absorb and convert carotenes (yellow-orange vegetables) nearly as efficiently as retinol (liver, eggs, dairy). On average, your body only gets 1/12 (that’s one-twelfth) of the vitamin A activity from carotenes as from the same quantity of retinol!

they don't get sunlight and they're eating a lot of cholesterol because it comes from animal products. Problem solved. you're welcome.

His study was faulty. I took 75,000 iu six days a week for three years for my hip sticking when I rode. I have never broken a bone. At 40 my horse fell on my knee, and I walked away. It depends on lots of things, how much sun you get per day, do you exercise, do you get the proper amount of fat, protein, calcium, etc…I live outside, and exercise tons. In Sweden, they said low fat, that is a problem. Vitamin A needs fat to be absorbed. If you are night blind, like I was, you are deficient. Vitamin A at high levels will throw out calcium, because it helps Mg, Mn, Phos. etc..So it's a synergy thing. Vitamin D will keep it in check. Also vitamin C, and skipping a day. It can be a problem, but please keep it in perspective. I hate the way they are scaring people, especially when Osteoporosis has not been solved. Now after a recent study, they are asking if Diabetes is a vitamin A deficiency. In horses (IR), it helps greatly because it helps Mg, and Mn. We have so much more to learn. At least people should know the deficiency symptoms, because they are real.
