These look amazing like so many of these videos BUT I live in China where there is almost no bread, no houmous, no chick peas , lentils , tahini. I don't have an oven. Any new suggestions welcome 🙂

Hi,
it is dangerous to use Aluminium foil for baking because the metall can be set free by heating. It causes Aluminium poisoning. Be careful. Do not use it!

I've made the sandwich and the wraps and they were so good! But instead of using bell peppers I used carrots because I don't like bell peppers. 10/10 Would definitely make again! 😘
