Taking These 3 Supplements Daily Can Change Your Life For Good

Walking through the health supplements aisle for the first or fiftieth time can be confusing and overwhelming. Even if you eat a healthy diet it can be difficult to get the recommended daily amount of some nutrients. Investing in a strong nutritional foundation supported with quality supplements is part of a preventative medicine plan to stay healthy and vibrant. Following are the top three supplements worth your hard earned money for daily support of your health and wellness:
1. A good multivitamin with minerals
We have a huge need for protective, health-supporting nutrients to help us combat the daily assault of living in a polluted and stressful world. Think of a multivitamin as a little insurance policy to help protect your body against the vitamin and mineral shortfalls that can occur even in diets that are rich in healthy foods.
By gifting your body multivitamins with minerals, you’ll also be optimizing cellular function, which helps make all your systems work consistently at their peak, instead of sputtering through the day.
When making a multivitamin selection, look for vitamins A, B, C, D, K and E as well as folate and the trace minerals such as zinc, selenium and chromium. Look for capsule form with an easily absorbed enteric coating versus harder-to-digest tablet versions.
Always take your supplements with food to assist with absorption and prevent the queasiness that can sometimes occur on an empty stomach.
2.Probiotics
Probiotics are another good foundation supplement. Ever heard the saying, ‘Constipation is illegal’? For so many reasons this is true. A good probiotic muscles out the bad bacteria and in doing so improves bowel movements and aids in digestion. Good gut bacteria can help us lose weight, enhance your immune system, decrease pain associated with inflammation as well as make some nutrients and vitamins that we need. Take a probiotic supplement with at least 15 billion live bacteria from one or more of the Lactobacillus family. It’s generally best to take one capsule before bed.
3. A supplement high in omega-3 fatty acids
Fish oil supplements are rich in the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are vital to good health. They support your body’s ability to prevent chronic diseases and help protect it against inflammation. They also promote a stronger immune system; cardiovascular, joint and vision health; strengthen skin, hair, and nails; and enhance nutrient absorption, metabolic function as well as attention, mood and memory skills. In short, fish oil is seriously good stuff, but as with Vitamin D, you can’t make your own omega-3 fatty acids, so you’ve got to get it from outside sources. Fatty fish and fish oil supplements are your best sources.
Look for a brand that contains both EPA and DPA, the two key healthy fats in fish.
Before taking any supplement you should check with your physician. Take all supplements with food to increase absorption and decrease risk of upset stomach. Also, buy from a trusted source.
Remember, the best way to supplement is with food that includes a rainbow selection of vegetables, lean meats and healthy fats.

I am so sick and tired of people talking about just eat healthy, but eating a healthy diet alone may not help. That's why supplements come into play, as long as we take them in moderation. This fitness and health lifestyle is not a one size fits all approach, please realize that!

DPA???? Wtf lololol 😂
November 28th, 2018 at 6:25 pm
Unfortunately none of the supplements have any significant benefit for healthy people. Real scientific studies have shown this non-benefit result.

Or just eat clean healthy foods and get all the nutrients you need from them instead of wasting your money on pills that aren’t nearly as effective as real food. In other cases, if you don’t have a healthy clean diet and you think taking these supplements is gonna make you “healthy”, you’re wasting even more money, a pill isn’t gonna change the fact that you just ate an entire bag of Family Sized chips in one sitting.

coach, it is possible to lift as heavy as my body can handle will be a threat to my body(700-900ibs), should l be performing heavy weights for strength gains and muscle growth?
November 29th, 2018 at 1:06 am
Jason seems more on edge when he talks about Eric Helms in comparison to other Dr.s like Feigenbaum or Israetel who he is always very charitable towards. Do they have a history that I'm unaware of or am I just seeing things that aren't there?
November 29th, 2018 at 1:08 am
I personally dont take protein powders at all.I pluged in what I eat in myfitness pall and it turns out I get 2 grams or protein per 1 kg of bodyweight from diet alone. So I dont see a point in taking protein powder. They may be beneficial while on a calorie deficit but I dont think they have much uses in calorie surplus as its very easy to get your protein requirements from diet alone. All I curently take is creatine, vitamin d3 and fish oil.

November 29th, 2018 at 2:47 am
Jason why do you kill the dreams of natty people who train to look like ZyZZ ?
November 29th, 2018 at 3:45 am
Just food is all you need. If you want a pre workout all you need is coffee or tea real cheap and works. Protein powder is a meal replacement if you don't have time to cook or want a quick meal or like the taste or have no other healthy option. Otherwise supplements are bullshit pixie dust the only supplements that work are the illegal ones and the ones you get from a pharmacy
November 29th, 2018 at 3:58 am
I thought Omars preworkout already flopped and hes doing the position shoes now?
November 29th, 2018 at 4:33 am
Coach, what are your thoughts on Dylan McKenna squatting 495 for reps? He just posted the video, like an hour ago and I would say it's at least "questionable" form.
November 29th, 2018 at 5:21 am
Don't let this video distract you from the fact that Jason is hyped up on 3 scoops of Kill it and 2 scoops of Full as F*ck
November 29th, 2018 at 5:52 am
Only thing I remember about Craze I had the best workout focus. It made me feel like I was in the zone at the gym. Don’t think me help me in gains but had a blast with my workouts.
