3 Muscle Supplements Worth Your Money
vitamins November 29th. 2018, 9:24amI talked about three muscle building supplements that are NOT worth your money in the previous video. Now let’s talk about three that certainly can be!
Disclaimer: Although I do feel that these supplements can help you build muscle, they are not at all necessary. You can certainly build a decent amount of muscle without any of these supplements or any supplement for that matter as long as you take care of your nutrition. Treat these as their name suggests: supplements.
Also, if you are concerned of the effects of any of these supplements might pose to your own health, then please ask a healthcare professional before deciding to add them to your regimen.
Good luck!

Hey man,
Must start saying that i love your videos =) good work =)
BUT! since you read lots of research you should know that some data are population-bias… eg increase in strenght by 78% if you supplement with creatine? im SURE that population are a bunch of people who never worked out in their life, and they would maybe have an 60% increase without the creatine.
Supplement with creatine if youre a veteran gymbro, im sure the increase will be minute =)

November 29th, 2018 at 7:17 pm
Supplements are such a WASTE OF MONEY. Spends hundreds of dollars on supplements a month… but eats and sleeps like shit and puts a half an ass into training. Stop "experiment with what works for you". Have some creatine, take some shit (B12, omega 3, vitamin D) if you are vegan and probably drink some protein powder.
November 29th, 2018 at 7:50 pm
Polliquin would always say the research is always a decade behind go with what the veterans have trusted and used and see if it works for you.
November 29th, 2018 at 7:52 pm
Dr Helms looking like he stepped out of a nazi concentration camp wtf lol
November 29th, 2018 at 8:48 pm
wow, examine.com is a very well put together site! simple enough to get the point across and gives you all the info if you want to nerd out on it. thanx fellas. – for me creatine and beta-alanine everyday (saturation) and citrulline malate and caffeine as my own "pre-workout" – cheap in bulk and no filler crap!
November 29th, 2018 at 9:48 pm
IT'S NOT TRUE! BIG DICK PILLS WORK!!!

Old topic and basically just splicing in a better video to explain the topic you're proposing. Thanks for the class A commentary at the end too. At least you linked a content creator that might actually have information to share

#1 reason to not take supplements is that's less money to spend on steroids and GH
November 30th, 2018 at 1:51 am
Ill rather take crack
November 30th, 2018 at 1:57 am
Eating ass is the best supplement.
November 30th, 2018 at 2:12 am
I was saying this for years to my bro science lifting friends: BCAA's are bullshit. Literally taking amino acids out of proteins just to sell them for a higher price. Many supplements like Jack3d had to change their formula simply because something later has been proven to be dangerous. Millions of consumers have basically been exposed to a dangerous substance. I dont want to be a part of that. If you want to really use supplements just keep it simple: omega 3 and vitamin D. Coffee as pre workout.

I almost miss the days of thinking that protein powder would get me jacked beyond belief. Now I haven’t had a protein shake in over a year and just eat wholesome food.
November 30th, 2018 at 3:17 am
I had my blood work taken and then I took an inositol and choline 3 grams each per day for 30 days and my liver came out spotless after those 30 days so that works
