Dr oz looks tired as hel l he looks terrible I'm sorry but for a health guru he shouldn't look like such crap! He admittedly sleeps only four to six hrs a day, it shows! He should know as he is the doc that When we sleep our bodies heal and restore.you wou?d think he would at least get thAt right. I can't listen to some of who claims to be such a know it all about everything and look like death warmed over cause he's to stupid to get some sleep!

If you are not overweighted but still want to lose more to look slim, the weight loss in this way is pretty much the water and muscle. Very unhealthy.
