I had helobacter pylori and was given beta blockers.
My optic nerve started flashing. I had my own fireworks display (circular annulus)
Then my hand went numb, and I couldn't control my temper.
My doctor nailed it. VitB12.
8 years later, still got a problem.
Mostly with doctors.
They are sooo stubborn.

Maybe the parasite eat the b12 or kill the bacteria making b12. Eat raw garlic; boost of energy, clear up skin rashes and kills parasites
Eat less meat ,maybe well cooked fish and eggs, eat as much plants as you can, with healthy fats like coconut oil, avocados,nuts and seeds. God bless Nurse H

Iv been vegan for years and i take methycobalamin. I guess it is indeed unavailable as my b12 levels test high normal. Many people who eat meat develop b12 deficiency…perhaps for reasons you mentioned. So let's not make such generalizations about vegans and their "lack of meat"…that is if you wish to be credible to literate people. Vegans also lack a few other things that are quite undesirable. But thanks for the medical information. This is very informative.
