There’s so much false shit said in this topic. Fish oil is way less effective than any plant omega oil. Hemp oil is way better than fish oil. You don’t need meat for b12 as a primary source. You can never have too much fruit. Organic plants and veggies are the most nutritious things any person can eat and the more you eat of it, and the less meat, bread you eat, the healthier you are. Bottom line. No argument.

No need to supplement Omega 6. Its very inflammatory and you get tons of it in our lousy diet. Vegetable oil is in EVERYTHING. Don't use fish oil, get Omega 3 from algae sources. Much safer, no toxins .You're welcome Joe.

You need to get Dr. Wallach on your podcast. He is a genius on nutrition both reversing and eliminating major diseases over his 50 some years as a researcher. Documented irrefutable proof is tough to dismiss. Big Pharma and big food want him to go away…..His work is worth checking out.

Always amazes me how Americans don't question the legitimacy of taking a little white pill which is essentially a human experiment for vitamins and minerals. The advertising and marketing over time must be intense in the US. Whenever you isolate something away from in its natural state you are rolling the dice. Pharma is a very new thing in our evolution. Barely Hundred years worth of research. New evidence which discredits old evidence is happening everyday. Any consumption of a pill regularly is a human experiment at this moment in time. Great for fixing emergency problems in the short term but long term effects nothing is for certain.
